I write you as Warden of the Hunt.
I've explored the paths of the new land beyond the Dark Portal and I write you this report about one of these regions, the one called Zangarmarsh.
The main threat of the region are the Nagas, present here with two great tribes: the Bloodscale and the Darkcrest. There are four main bases for their operations and in each one they have built a great pump thats sucking water from the great lakes of the region and pumping it within a great cistern at the center of Serpent Lake.
The actual use of the water is still unknown but Ive gathered unsettling rumors from the Nagas Ive captured, about their leader, Lady Vashj, trying to create a new Well of Ethernity. How and why is still to be uncovered. I would advise to plan an expedition to put an end to this crazy plan.
A second great enemy force present here is the Ogre AngoRosh Tribe thats controlling the north western part of the marshes. There are many Ogre lieutenants: Captain BoKar and Captain Krosh, Chieftain Mummaki, Boss GrogAk, but the real leader seems to be MalDruk known as the Soulrender, hidden in a stronghold far in the northwest.
A third force to face are the three tribes of Lost Ones, fallen Draenei, evil and corrupted, the Daggerfen, the Feralfen and the Umbrafen. This last tribe, the Umbrafen, lives in the south east and seems to be allied to the Nagas and being kidnapping people from the close Cenarion Refuge.
A strange culture of intelligent creatures lives in Zangarmarsh, they are known as Sporelings. They are not hostile and I think we can befriend them if we help them against their many enemies.
About some great trophies a hunter can collect in the region I would note Count Ungula, a great Nether Ray, Mragesh, an old Hydra, Sporewing, a Sporebat, Blacksting, a gigantic Wasp, but probably the most dangerous of all is Terrorclaw a giant Bogstrok that lives in the Marshlight Lake.
I hope this report can help the Circle to better plan the moves to make within this new and strange land.
