In the aftermath of the discussions over the past few days I think its probably useful to write something about where I think things can go from here, and how this forum and this community might plug into that.

The Aftermath
The Oracle has spoken, the Silvereye that was has lost its way, and those who followed its banner are sent into the wilderness to wander for a time. Some remain, those who still cleave to the oaths or its beliefs, or its hopes. For them, this is the aftermath, the time after the great conflicts, and the epic stories. It is the time for the small rituals, or walking with those who share the memories. For all remember that the world turns...

Other Banners
Some seek other banners to follow, or to lift up and carry forward as leaders. In truth, the Kaldorei are needed amongst the other races - their wisdom, insight and purity of purpose are a silver-light in these dark times, when icy winds gather from the north.

The Future
The future is, as the saying goes, another country. While something has ended, what it leaves behind are memories and connections between people that can either wither away or blossom into new things in different times, and places. Now, it is my intent to reshape these forums a little to facilitate staying touch, and enshrining the memories we all made together.

I am sorry that things were unpleasant at the end, but I hope that at least some of us will lift a leaf from Karhard's book, regardless of what comes.
