Sisters and brothers of the quarter of the hunt. It has come to my attention that the bank is again low on the black scales neccesary to equip our newest members.

Each member of the Quarter is therefore authorized to organize hunts on the black flight to obtain these scales, as long as the following rules are followed:

-Travel in pairs or larger numbers when possible to reduce the risk of injuries
-Try to reduce the numbers of drakes, dragonspawn and wyrmkin to the point where they cannot pose a threat, but do not hunt them to the point of extinction
-Avoid killing the broodlings unless strictly neccesary in self defence

After a succesful hunt, ship the scales to our residing clerk and deliver a short report to me containing the names present and the number of scales obtained.
