I have summarised the information that the circle body should be made aware of, in all cases the information given is "need to know" , the advisors and the keeper are recommended to approach me for additional information to judge what else the circle should be alerted to.

On Silvermoon

The dead scar constitutes the best attack angle leading in, a team or teams can approach more or less unhindered and get to the base of Silvermoon city with minimal disruption. Due to the open nature of the terrain I would recommend a staggered formation, moving no more than 5-10 along the scar at a given time to minimise the risk of detection. There is only one way in it appears to the city main, I will validate this before stating it.

There are two fixed portals that lead into Silvermoon, and both provide a fast method of deploying troops to defend the city from any alliance attack. Both will deposit the people in the same place, which is considered to be near their primary building. One is a two way portal leading into the undercity, the other is a one way portal leading from Shattrath. As such attempting to contain those that spawn through the portal may prove difficult if not futile. Recommend that the primary target is assaulted and troops withdraw after no more than two to three attempts to prevent horde buildup flooding and blunting the alliance attack.

Troop disposition is mixed, the guards are defeatable one on one, the arcane sentinels would need a little more firepower, but are not considered a major threat within themselves. They -can- be disposed of, however such action would cause a city wide alert and would probably restrict our window of opportunity to no more than five minutes.

A fuller investigation of building layout, portal pathing and viable targets will be presented pending an infiltration of the city proper.

On Shadow Sentinels

The Shadow Sentinels as a force are currently considered contained, their leader Nath is under my jurisdiction and thusly there are options to reprimand and extract retribution in the event of a major threat being posed by them. They number approximately fourty, split over three divisions, each led by a captain who in turn answer to lieutenants, those finally respond to the high inquisitors, Adaran and Nath.

Upon delivery of Taiev's message, a further one of my own was provided to Nath. This led to the delivery of around two inches of Nath's left ear to the keeper as proof that the message had been delivered in an appropriate manner. The result of this was the Shadow Sentinels turning over Sertar to face a Silvereye enquiry into his corruption of the lands around Astranaar and the brutal massacre of the furbolg camps there in a manner which has resulted in additional druids being dispatched to undo the damage.

On Nath
Considered potentially dangerous, approach with caution, expert manipulator and negotiator.

On Sertar
Considered dangerous, however is contained by a poison which is currently residing in his system that I alone hold the antidote for.

We have several sources within the Shadow Sentinels who are able to forward information, their names are classified.

On Wings

Wings is considered extremely dangerous, his word is not to be trusted and his actions are considered to be against Silvereye interests. Cenarion have marked him as fugitive and he is a valid target for arrest in the event of any disturbance on Kaldorei soil.

All members of the circle are advised that any and all dealings with Wings should be reported to the keeper, the advisors or to myself at the first available opportunity, so that this report may be updated to more accurately reflect the situation.

As a direct consequence, Acrona is now being investigated due to her extensive involvement as of late with Wings. The nature of this investigation and the recommendations coming from it are classified.

On Outland

Operations against the ogres at blade's edge are moving, albeit slower than hoped, it will be some time before we can fully investigate the extent of the naga infestation in the Coilfang Reservoir, I am no longer holding ETA on such since I cannot honestly say when the appropriate steps can be taken.

Reports that the Black Temple may become accessible are now substantiated, and Warden Maiev's whereabouts have been confirmed. The exact location and her captors are considered classified.

Karazhan is more or less a contained situation with the Eredar Prince Malchezaar now being held back to his plane of existence, without interfering too much with the operation of the tower, it is hoped members of the Circle wishing to investigate the libraries will be able to do so under the supervision of any Silvereye representative working for the Nightfall military expedition forces.

On Ashtear

The situation is now contained, however caution is to be exercised when approaching Ashtear, under no circumstances is any information not listed within this summary to be divulged to her since it is likely that she still represents a compromised leak to the Shadow Council and consequently the burning legion. All further details are considered classified.

On the Argent Dawn and the mana bomb

Their jurisdiction does not cover this matter and anyone claiming to work for them is posing fraudulently in such circumstances, this is a military matter and Darnassus have confirmed that no action occurred that would contravene any rules or regulations despite concerns on how a mana bomb was able to be assembled so easily. This leaves the matter of how the Dawn came to know of such, and it is believed there could be an internal leak within the circle. This is being investigated and all further details are classified.

Internal circle matters

Anything not listed in the above posts is considered classified, the advisors are recommended to seek contact with myself in order to recieve more full briefings.
