I know something similar was posted before, but I was too stoopid to understand that one! This one is a lot clearer and i thought it might help anyone else who was wandering, lost in the dark.

Cenarion Expedition : Revered (done)
Honor Hold : Honoured (need to work on this)
Sha'tar : Revered (done)
Lower city : Revered (done)
Keepers of Time : Revered (done)

Quests:
Tempest Keep Key quest (this is the oronok line) : Done to the point I need heroic instances now.
Karazhan Key Quest : Done
Arcatraz Key : Done
Shattered Halls Key : Done
