Objectives:
- Make contact with the 10th
- File a report on them (including at least one screenshot)
- Advise the Circle Meeting on their attitude towards us, and on how to proceed

Additional info:
- This task has been assigned to Taiev
- Anyone else is welcome make contact with the 10th as well, and report on them. Please do coordinate with Taiev if you do so.

Edit: changed Wardens to 10th in the last bullet point. (Gilthas)
